Running, colds and vaca

Just a quickie update.  I am down for the count with a cold.  Trying to rest up for my vacation next week - leaving for New Orleans Tuesday for three days, then driving to Pensacola for three days with my girl Tonia, should be a good time.  I am trying something new and doing outside night runs after the sun goes down since it's been in the 90's here (96 yesterday).  Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas.
